Non Profit
A Canadian membership-based non profit brought me in to streamline their top of funnel motion.
We turned their human-first conversations into a documented, repeatable sales process…that remained human first.
The impacts were immediate: noteable jump in converstaion rates and self-reported confidence of the team.
The invited me back to work with the Member Experience team (post sales) to align their retention and renewal playbooks to their new top of funnel approach.
Higher Ed
A University in BC seeking to provide career upskill training to a diverse audience.
I am acting in a consulting role: designing their program structure, developing content, managing the advisory board formed to guide this program’s direction.
The end result will be Certificate programs in various workforce skills include: Tech Sales, AI tools, AI for the workplace, AI for Communication.

An early stage Health-Tech team needed to rebuild their sales process from the ground up following provincial funding changes that negatively impacted their Target Market.
I acted in an avisory role; helping to build, test, and refine a sales playbook that allowed them to stay true to their mission. As they put it I “De-icked” sales for them.
