I've spent 20 years working cross functionally: with revenu teams, operations and delivery, all through an adult-learning lens.

This has looked like: Sales Enablement for B2b SaaS. National AI skilling programs for mid-career Canadians. University certificate programs. Rebuilding entire sales process for Health Tech startups, without losing their mission.

My formal background is adult education (M.Ed, UBC).
I've also founded two businesses, competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, jumped out of multiple airplanes, and successfully scaled delivery teams for a career college.

Right now I'm focused on one problem: most organizations have an AI strategy. Very few have people who actually know how to use it in their specific role.
I design the learning and infrastructure (…and yes, sometime training) that close this gap.
