I've spent 20 years at the intersection of adult learning, workforce development, and organizational change.

That's looked like mental health crisis intervention with underserved youth. National AI skilling programs for mid-career Canadians. University certificate programs. Rebuilding entire sales process for Health Tech startups, without losing their mission.

I find the gap between where people are and where they need to perform, and I build the bridge.

My formal background is adult education (M.Ed, UBC).
I've also founded two businesses, competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, jumped out of multiple airplanes, and successfully scaled delivery teams for a career college.

Right now I'm focused on one problem: most organizations have an AI strategy. Very few have people who actually know how to use it in their specific role.
I design the programs that close that gap.
